Beginnings and Initial Challenges

My journey with health and fitness began with a realization that my lifestyle needed a change. I had always struggled with maintaining a healthy weight and felt lethargic most of the time. This prompted me to take the first step towards a healthier life.

Setting Goals

To create a structured path, I set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. My initial goals included:

  1. Losing Weight: Aim to lose 10 pounds in three months.

  2. Improving Stamina: Be able to run a mile without stopping within two months.

  3. Building Strength: Increase my strength through weight training, focusing on lifting heavier weights progressively.
